Finalising minutes
Getting started
For formal meetings you have the option to track the status of your minutes.
This means they start in draft, then can be marked as completed and finally accepted. The final step often happens at the next meeting when the minutes of the previous meeting are reviewed.
There are 2 ways to update the meeting minutes status.
Option 1
From any meeting page you can simply Update the minutes status from the Actions menu.
Option 2
When you in a meeting that is part of a series and you view the agenda item to review and approve the minutes of the last meeting you will see the option to Approve the minutes right there. A copy of the minutes is also included for convenience.
