Some features within Improval require an active subscription. You can continue to use Improval without a subscription, but certain advanced tools are only available to subscribed users.

Features included with a subscription

Secure recording (iOS, Android, and web)

Record consultations or meetings securely using the Improval mobile apps or directly on the website.

Improval Reflect app

Create and manage learning entries, record voice notes and automatically convert them into structured learning, and capture learning using photos.

AI features

Access Improval’s AI-powered tools, including:

Consultation feedback and analysis
Simulated patient conversations
Knowledge test generation
Agenda suggestions
Meeting summaries and action extraction
Analysis of recorded audio

Meeting management

Create, manage, and document meetings directly within Improval.

Features available without a subscription

You can continue to use Improval without a subscription to:

View and access your previous recordings
Book onto training events
Review consultation recordings shared with you as an educational supervisor

How to purchase a subscription

Subscriptions can be purchased in three ways:

Via the Improval website
As an in-app purchase on iOS (Apple App Store)
As an in-app purchase on Android (Google Play Store)

Managing or cancelling your subscription

How you manage your subscription depends on where you purchased it:

Website purchases: Manage or cancel through your Improval account settings.
Apple purchases (iOS): Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
Google Play purchases (Android): Manage or cancel in your Google Play account settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
