Accessibility Statement

Improval is committed to making our platform usable and accessible for as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and are actively working towards full compliance.

Current status

  • The Improval web app and mobile apps are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA.

  • Most core user journeys (logging in, creating meetings, uploading and reviewing training videos) are accessible by keyboard and screen reader.

  • Some areas, such as colour contrast, alternative text on images, and focus management, are still being improved.

What we’re doing

  • Running automated and manual accessibility checks (Lighthouse).

  • Building accessibility into our development and release process.

  • Gathering feedback from users to guide improvements.

  • Planning a formal accessibility audit during 2026.
