Course summary: Find out ways to ensure business continuity and help your practice to thrive, even when challenges arise.
Course aims and objectives:
- Learn simple strategies – identifying key stages, personnel, communications and responsibilities in crisis management.
- Help understand the difference between crisis aversion and crisis response.
- Formulate a practical business continuity plan (a CQC requirement) and share ideas and best practice in facilitated group discussions.
Who should attend?
The course is designed for practice managers, senior managers and partners.
Our systems resilience courses are generally suited just for General Practice. Contractual aspects will be based on the England Standard General Medical Services (GMS) Contract. Please contact us before booking if you have any queries about suitability.
