Course summary: Practical tips and advice for women on maternity leave and those returning to work in the first year post maternity leave.
Course aims and objectives:
We will look at:
- How pregnancy and maternity leave have affected us and may affect our return to work.
- Managing the 4 pillars of wellbeing in the postnatal and return to work period.
- Practical suggestions for making your return to work easier.
Who should attend?
Women on maternity leave and those returning to work in the first year post maternity leave.

Course Format
This training will be run over Zoom, a joining link will be shared with you a few days before the event.
To participate you will need to install Zoom on your device, and ensure it has a working microphone, speaker, and camera.
It will be an interactive session, allowing opportunity for small group discussions.
